Requirements

Eligible to work in the United States
Min. 3 years experience in a full-service, casual bar/restaurant management position
Min. 30 years or older
Available to work nights, weekends, and holiday shifts

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all employees, including front-of-house and kitchen staff.
Lead by example in providing excellent customer service and resolving any guest concerns.
Create and maintain employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak times.
Manage inventory, including ordering and stocking alcohol, kitchen supplies, and other necessary items.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including ensuring cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
Monitor financial performance, including cost control, budgeting, and setting goals for revenue growth.
Conduct regular training sessions and provide ongoing support to staff to ensure high performance.
Develop and implement operational processes to streamline service and increase efficiency.
Collaborate with the ownership team to plan promotions, special events, and other initiatives to drive business growth.
